Refund Policy: 

We do not accept returns or refunds on any jewelry. Double check everything!! Especially for custom orders to insure no mistakes. 

If any item arrives damaged contact us immediately. For any piece over $300, we advise customers to video unboxing from moment received to opening piece for buyer protection. 

Processing Time:

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

If an item is on hand, it will be shipped in 1-2 business days

Custom Orders & Pre-Orders have a 3-4 week processing time, not including shipping

Shipping Time:

FREE SHIPPING for any orders $50+ (domestic)

FREE SHIPPING for any orders $100+ (international)

Domestic shipping is 2-5 business days

Cancellations:

Order cancellations are allowed the first 24 hours after the order is placed. After that the order is in progress and can not be stopped.

Custom Orders:

Make sure to provide accurate contact information (email or social media) so we can send a picture of your finished piece to ensure you like it before shipping out.
