Are the gold pieces solid 18k gold?

Yes, 100%. We guarantee solid 18k gold for those pieces marked as such. We do also have stainless/gold filled pieces. It will also be specified in the description.

If diamonds are used, what kind are they? 

We use lab diamonds unless stated otherwise or given the option to choose. It will always be specified in the description of each piece.

Why do custom orders/pre orders have a longer processing time?

These pieces are made to order so it does take longer for the customization process. Be sure everything is correct when submitting custom order.
