Are the gold pieces solid 18k gold?

Yes, 100%. We guarantee solid 18k gold for those pieces marked as such. We do also have stainless/gold filled pieces. It will also be specified in the description.

Are these original branded pieces?

No, our jewelry is inspired (replica) but no compromise in quality! We do it for the ones who want the top styles without breaking the bank. Its ok to pay for the jewelry's actual worth and not just 10x more because of the name

What kind of diamonds are used?

We use lab diamonds unless stated otherwise or given the option to choose. It will always be specified in the description of each piece. Most pieces can be made with natural diamonds for extra cost per request

Why do custom orders/pre orders have a longer processing time?

These pieces are made to order so it does take longer for the customization process. Be sure everything is correct when submitting custom order.
